1. Introduction

At Forceoustrengthi, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

• 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
• 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
• The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products that have been opened or have broken seals
• Products that have been partially or fully consumed
• Products that show signs of use or tampering
• Products that have been stored improperly

These exceptions are in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

4. Return Process

4.1 Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions
3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging
4. Ship the Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in the authorization)
5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

• Description of the defect
• Photos of the defective product and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6.2 Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged:

• Document the damage with photos before opening
• Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep all packaging materials for inspection

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Under Dutch and EU law, you have a legal guarantee that products must conform to the contract of sale. If a product does not conform within 2 years of delivery, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
